Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 48.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 64.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
