Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 0 to 5 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 89 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included.
