Our 164 non-smoking rooms and suites appeal through an innovative design with much old wood, glass, loden and modern furniture. All of our rooms have sufficient storage space for your luggage and sports equipment. In the suites, you have your own living area, two TVs, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, tub, double sink and separate WC. The large Kitzhof Suite offers you, upon 170 sq.m., two bedrooms, a living room with an open fireplace and a unique panoramic view over Kitzbühel. Our standard room includes a TV, mini-bar (free of charge), wireless LAN, and a bathroom. Some have balconies. |

From Germany: take the Inntal Autobahn A93 or the A 12 to the Kufstein-Süd (south) exit, the B312 to St Johann, then the B161 to Kitzbühel. Once in Kitzbühel, turn right and go through the Lebenberg tunnel, straight after the tunnel, turn right again in the direction of Kitzbühel – Zentrum (center); after about 200 m you will arrive at the Hotel Kitzbühel on the left side. From Innsbruck: take the Inntal Autobahn until you reach the excit Wörgl-Ost. Then head along the B171/B178 in the direction of Lofer/St Johann, further to Brixental-Bundes street B17O until you reach Kitzbühel. Once in Kitzbühel, turn right before you reach the Lebenberg tunnel and head towards the center. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
