Leave the motorway A7 at triangle Allgäu and turn on motorway 980 direction Waltenhofen (ca. 45 minutes). Leaving at the motorway exit Waltenhofen take the direction Immenstadt, Sonthofen and Oberstdorf. There drive the B19. Turn right shy Oberstdorf direction Kleinwalsertal on the 201. Drive through Riezlern, Hirschegg and Mittelberg till the local church. (ca. 1 hour) We are opposite the church in Mittelberg. For travelers by train the final train station is Oberstdorf. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. Please note, if modified, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 4 to 10 years is charged EUR 16.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 11 to 13 years is charged EUR 26.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
