By plane: From Vienna International Airport take the City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien-Mitte, then take the U3 underground line (orange, westbound towards Ottakring, 2 stops) and get off at Stephansplatz station. By train: - From Südbahnhof (Southern Train Station) take the tram lines O or 18 or bus line 69A one station to Südtiroler Platz, then take the U1 underground line (red, northbound towards Leopoldau, 3 stops) and get off at Stephansplatz station. - From Westbahnhof (Western Train Station) take the U3 underground line (orange, eastbound towards Simmering, 5 stops) and get off at Stephansplatz station. At Stephansplatz station (U1/U3) take the exit Kärntner Straße and walk down Singerstraße (Humanic shoe shop) for 4 blocks, then turn left. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
