By train: Express trains stop at Jenbach/Tirol, Zillertal Railway (train or bus) to Mayrhofen; local bus service from Mayrhofen - Hintertux. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years is charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 4 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 11 to 14 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
