Certified by the Austrian health tourism organisation, this hotel enjoys a quiet location near the forest, a 10-minute walk from the village of Serfaus amid stunning natural surroundings. With a view of the mountains, Kinderhotel St. Zeno offers wellness and relaxation over 1000 m². The spa area has a swimming pool, a pyramid floatarium (relaxation facility with natural salt and minerals), a salt grotto (with fountain and play area), as well as a colour sound canvas chair. In the winter there are 180 km of ski pistes nearby, as well as a childrens piste. In the summer the free alpine shuttle takes you to the mountains. The adventure playground with animals and nearby walks offer fun and relaxation for children and adults. |

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 600.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 3 to 5 years are charged EUR 34.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 17 years are charged EUR 56.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 600 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.69 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Full board is included in the room rate. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 4.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
