On your way to a summit, you will be accompanied by the scent of fresh herbs and flower meadows. In winter, you can enjoy the proximity of the Ski Zillertal 3000 ski region, featuring 3 ski areas and a cross-country ski run. The bus stops of the valleys free ski bus and hiking bus, a bowling alley, a squash court, ski rental and ski service, as well as restaurants and grocery stores are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 6 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 6 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
