The apartments, fully renovated in 2005 have well-equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower or bath/tub, WC. Each apartment is up to 4/5 people with double/single beds and sofa-beds. Every apartment has a private heating system. Everything (gas, electricity, heating, linen, towels, cleanings etc.) is included in the price. |

The VI District is the smart quarter of Budapest, full of theatres, clubs, restaurants, cafés and shops. The Opera Apartments are located next to the Opera Theatre and Oktogon Square, on the famous Andrassy Boulevard. The apartments are close to the metro stations Opera and Oktogon. In District VII you will find the Old Jewish Ghetto. Only the apartment in Klauzal Utca, is in District VII, next to the famous New York Palace Hotel & Cafe. It is a 10 minute walk from the Opera House in District VI. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
