Stay on that route until you reach Karlovy Vary. Follow the Mattoniho Nabrezi street and head straigt onto Drahomirino Nabrezi street and Vitezna street. Enter the roundabout and leave at the 4. exit onto Nabrezi Osvobozeni street. Turn left onto Varsavska street / bridge and then turn right into I.P. Pavlova street. Head straightforward onto Karla Iv. street. Turn right onto Zahradni street / bridge and follow the street until you reach the hotel.
