Welcome to our hotel! In the centre of Cesky Krumlov,we have prepared twelve rooms for you in a renovated building from the 16th century. You will be received by the pleasant atmosphere of old architecture, not only of the city itself, but also of the exteriors and interiors of the hotel. All rooms have their own bathroom, telephone and satellite TV . The hotel has also a Wi-fi hotspot. |

The comfortable restaurant with the capacity for 150 people offers warm food all day, which, if the weather allows, is served on the terrace. Our restaurant starts serving breakfast from 8-10a.m. Warm kitchen from 10a.m. - 10p.m. From spring untill fall you can enjoy our terrace with a beautyfull view over the old town and the castle of Česky Krumlov. Our bohemian menu offers many classical dishes from the region wich all go well with a cool Budweiser or Pilsen from the tab. We also serve homemade cakes and sweet bohemian specialities with a hot brewed coffee. Due to our experience and co-operation for many years with international tour operators we understand ourselves well in regaling of larger groups. We are looking forward to share this nice atmosphere with you. |

Cesky Krumlov Construction of the town and castle began in the late 13th century at a ford in the Vltava River. Most of the architecture of the old town and castle region dates from the 14th through 17th centuries; the towns structures are mostly in Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. The core of the old town is within a horseshoe bend of the river, with the old Latrán neighborhood and castle on the other side of the Vltava. The Castle of Český Krumlov, ranks among the most important historic sights in the central European region - in 1992 the entire complex was included onto the list of UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Monuments. If you want to relax and wander through the National Park Sumava, visit the historical towns of southern Bohemia (e.g. Hluboka nad Vltavou,Rozumberk nad Vlatavou,Ceske Budejovice), or explore the surroundings by bike or mountain bike, or have a relaxed trip by canoe down the Vltava, then Hotel Konvice is the ideal place to start from. In the center, only a few steps away from the town square, is the historic city hotel Konvice located. The building was first mentioned by document in 1539 and completely reconstructed in 1992. The architecturally interesting building method, which reminds every now and then of drawings of Mr. M. C. Escher, no room resembles the other one. |
