By train, it takes about 1 hour – Three connections per day By car, it takes about 30 minutes – A car rental at the airport or the hotel can book a cab. Florence Airport – 40 kms (about 25 miles) then by car to Montecatini. By car, it takes about 20 minutes – Car rental at the airport or the hotel can book a cab. Railway Station: Montecatini Centro 10 minutes walking from the Hotel By car: From north: Autostrada A1 towards Florence – from Florence take the connection for the Autostrada A11 towards Pisa – Exit: Montecatini Terme. From south: Autostrada A1 towards Florence – from Florence take the connection for the Autostrada A11 towards Pisa – Exit: Montecatini Terme. From the exit of the Autostrada: You go straight upon a bridge then at the 1st traffic light you go straight towards the centre (centro). You find another traffic light (2nd one) and you still go straight on.- You arrive in a square with a fountain. You pass the square following the street and you take the first avenue on the right (viale IV Novembre). The hotel is on the avenue on the right side. |
