The elegant restaurant offers all cocoa menus, from the starters to the dessert - Chocomenu - and an à la carte with traditional Umbrian products. The restaurant also organise business breakfasts or special events with personalised menus. The 2 comfortable rooms of the restaurant, Sala della Caccia e della Pesca and Sala del Cippo Etrusco, can accommodate up to 250 people and represents an ideal venue for banquets. |

Set on 3 unusual floors, each one of which is named after a different type of chocolate - Piano al Latte (Milk Floor); Piano al Gianduia (Piedmontese Nut Floor); and Piano al Fondente (Dark Floor) - the 94 rooms are fully equipped with the most modern facilities.
