Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 45.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One child from 2 to 11 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 40 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
