- The Residence Santa Chiara is a small bed & breakfast hotel on two floors. Guests can use the private entrance. -The Dependance, is situated on the second floor of an ancient Luccas building and has no lift. This building has a nice location in a quiet street. -There is no 24 hour reception, so please inform us, should you arrive after 8.00 pm. |

All the comfortable rooms located in the hotel are fully equipped with a TV, hairdryer, electronic safety deposit box, minibar, desk, cupboard and heating. Any additional facilities are listed below: Double Superior: these comfortably spacious, air-conditioned rooms are have an en suite shower and bath. Double Standard: these air-conditioned en suite rooms are smaller than the Superior rooms and have a shower. Triple Rooms: these air-conditioned en suite rooms have one double bed and one single bed (or 3 single beds). Quadruple Rooms: these air-conditioned rooms have an en suite bathroom with shower and either one double bed and 2 single beds (or 4 single beds). Each room also has a balcony with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast, and a living room with table and chairs. In the summer you also have direct access to the breakfast buffet. Single Rooms: these comfortably spacious en suite rooms are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning. Annexe Rooms: located in a separate building, one of these rooms has an en suite wash room and toilet and the other has a private bathroom outside of the bedroom. All annexe rooms are spacious and are equipped with a TV, heating, hairdryer, cupboard and fan. |

Enjoy a plentiful buffet breakfast in the garden from 08:00 - 10:00. In the colder months, enjoy breakfast buffet, which is served in the covered garden from 08:15 to 09:30. |

By Train: - If you are arriving by train, you can easily reach the hotel on foot in about ten minutes. - On leaving the station, turn right, keeping the town walls on your left. - Enter Lucca through Porta Elisa, then turn right into Via Bacchettoni and take the first left onto Via Brunero Paoli. - At the end of the street, on the corner with Via S.Chiara, you will see the hotel. Alternatively, you could take a taxi. By Car: - Leave the motorway at Lucca and follow the signs to the town centre and the railway station. - From the centre, keeping the town walls on your left, take the road around the walls and after the first bend, turn to the left and enter Lucca through the white town gate called Porta Elisa. - Take the second right into Via S.Chiara, and you will see the hotel half way along. By Plane: The Residence provides a taxi service from/to airport at special rates: Pisa airport to the hotel by car costs EUR 50.00 and EUR 65.00 in an 8-person minivan. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
