By Air: On arrival at Venice Marco Polo Airport you will find a shuttle bus outside the terminal building, which goes direct to the boat stop. From there you can take the Alilaguna boat to Lido, the trip takes approximately 50 minutes. If you prefer a faster journey, water taxis are available from the same stop and the trip takes approximately 30 minutes. From Treviso Airport there is a bus to Venice (Piazzale Roma). You then take the vaporetto (water bus) number 51 from Piazzale Roma to Lido, which takes 30 minutes. By Car: From Tronchetto terminal follow the signs to Ferry Boat Lido. From this terminal you can take embark your car to Lido. The journey takes about 35 minutes and passes in front of Saint Mark Square. By Train: Arriving by train you come into Santa Lucia Railway Station in Venice. From there take the boat number 51 and get off in Lido. This takes approximately 35 minutes. Alternatively you can take line number 1 (line N after midnight) which goes down the Grand Canal but takes 50 minutes. |

Villa Angelica offers comfortable accommodation in a completely restored early 20th century villa in Liberty style, set in a quiet Lido area, close to the beaches and near Venice’s landmarks. In just 15 minutes by water bus you can reach the famous St. Mark’s Square and experience the unique atmosphere of the Lagoon and its treasures. Alternatively you can sunbathe on the renowned sandy beaches of Lido, facing the calm Adriatic Sea. Villa Angelica offers 4 double bedrooms, a triple bedroom and a single bedroom, all nicely furnished and equipped with private bath and all modern facilities. The staff will be glad to provide all the information you need to enjoy your stay at the most. |
