The residence is immersed in a uncontamined countryside, on the top of a hill, at an altitude of 450 metres, in an unique position for its panorama and quiet. The establishment offers you the possibility of a holiday in contact with nature, enjoying wholesome food and local wines. The residence is family run and the owners actually live in the complex, where you can find a home environment, without giving up your privacy and your independence. |

By Car: From the North: - Leave the A1 motorway at Valdichiana, heading in the direction of Perugia. - Once you have passed Perugia, take the E45 towards Terni-Roma, and exit at Torgiano. - Follow signs to Bettona. - In Bettona, drive along the street near the ancient walls and follow directions to ‘5 Cerri’. - Follow signs to the hotel for approximately 3 km along an earth road. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available.
