San Sisto is a fraction of Perugia. The village is mainly located in plain at the foot of the small mountain Lacugnano. Recently the history about this San Sisto is related to the headquarter of Perugina , moved from the central area of Perugia Fontivegge in 1963. In SantAndrea delle Fratte is located the biggest Perugia hospital of the whole Umbria region. San Sisto is also well known in the area for the big carnival parade with costumes and floats taking place in February but also popular is ‘Sagra delle Sagre’ (a village festival) in October which combines peculiarity and gastronomy of the main summer festivals around the Perugia area. Nearby the hotel are located several useful shops and bus stop. The Stadium Renato Curi and the ‘Palazzetto dello Sport Evangelisti’ (sport’s palace) are just 3 Km away which host not only event such the football team Perugia Calcio matches and the volley ball team Rpa - A1 but also concerts, shows and high level sportive exhibitions |

From Milan Take the motorway A1 towards Roma and exit at Valdichiana, motorway turnout Perugia - Bettolle towards Assisi, exit Madonna Alta; turn left the stop towards San Sisto and after 150 m you get at a roundabout, continue along part of it and then turn right; follow a slope for about 1 km until you get to the traffic lights. Once there, take a straight avenue, Viale San Sisto, continue straight up to the end and turn right just 100meters before the level crossing. From Rome Take the motorway A1 towards Firenze and exit at Orte, highway E45 towards Perugia; Close to Perugia take the motorway turnout Perugia - Bettolle towards Firenze, exit at Madonna Alta , turn left the stop towards San Sisto dopo 150 m you get at a roundabout continue along part of it and then turn right; follow a slope for about 1 km until you get to the traffic lights. Once there, take a straight avenue, Viale San Sisto, continue straight up to the end and turn right just 100meters before the level crossing. |

The Residence is located in an excellent position for reaching the cities of Rome and Florence being just 2 km from the Rome/Florence motorway. Moreover in 10 minutes by coach or car you can reach Lake Trasimeno, where you can enjoy an excursion by ferry to the islands of Maggiore, Minore and Polvese, famous for their castles. The Residence is situated only a few kilometres from the important religious and splendid artistic towns of Assisi, Spoleto, Siena, Urbino, Gubbio and Orvieto. The Residence also enjoys close proximity to the world famous Perugina Chocolate factory, which upon request, the factory and their historical museum can be visited. The Residence comprises of 140 apartments, based in 4 blocks that are furnished and equipped to a high standard. |
