In the fencing park surrounding the farmhouse live horses of different breeds. The selected breed of horses are calm and docile, suitable for beginners and are available for guided walks. The estate has bees that produce amazing honey, olive oil can also be obtained by cold squeezing technique and red wine (doc)- sangiovese Brunello - are also produced from the country house estate. Animals such as dogs and cats are welcome but only outside the apartments where they can enjoy the enclosed park area, there is a kennel for them to sleep in at night. The same applies for guests travelling with their own horses. For all travelling with animals, prior notice is required at the time of booking - 2 weeks notice is needed if you intend to bring a horse. |

Gubbio- 40 km. Trevi - 40 km. Todi - 30 km. Spoleto- 60 km. Lake Trasimeno - 20 km. The art cities of Florence (130 km) and Rome (170 km) are both easily accessible by highway or train. The country house can provide a riding instructor (on request) who will organise fantastic visits around the surrounding hills, introducing the smallest of children to a relationship with horses. |

Built in the 13th century, and renovated in 2006 with precious, original materials and high quality furniture, this former farmhouse offers an idyllic countryside retreat. The farmhouse is divided into 10 apartments; each one composed of a living room with an open kitchen, double room and bathroom.
