By car; -Take the A-1 Orvieto exit and exit approximately 2km along. -Continue along the state road 71 towards Arezzo. -After leaving the exit, you must follow the signs towards Orvieto for 1km . -When you arrive at the roundabout, you should follow the signs towards Arezzo and drive under the railway and super motorway underpass and then over the bridge. -Continue for approximately 1km. -You should then reach the hotel. |

Villa Ciconia is situated at about 2 Kms from the Florence-Rome motorway exit,1 hour by car far from Rome. The Hotel is in a XVIth century elegant villa, surrounded by a large park with centuries-old trees, just on Chiani River and Carcaione Torrent confluence. The Villa, designed according to a rectangular plan, was realised in such a way that a deviation of the Carcaione torrent would get under one of the three arches that were sustaining it. The restaurant is closed in some months. Please, consider that its requested a reservation. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
