The old town of Side is a joy with the ancient roman ruins mixed in with bars, restaurants and shops. The main area of the town is in the control of pedestrians and is a wonderful place to visit for shopping and sightseeing. As well as Side itself, there are many natural and archeological attractions in the area. Perge is one wonderful site worth visitng and is where St Paul preached his first sermon. Termessos, an old fortress city high in the hills, is another architectural wonder to see. | |
