After walking through the beautiful surrounding woods, you may choose to fondle your body and relax your mind in the new Jacuzzi pool set on a panoramic terrace and near the swimming pool (size: 7x7 metres, depth: 1.40 metres), which is set in an olive grove. There is also a private pool for children (depth 30 cm). Children will also certainly enjoy a delightful walk around the farm, featuring the Cinta Senese breeding pigs and many other farm animals including rabbits, ducks and turkeys. |

By Car: From the A1 motorway exit at Incisa (the exit after Firenza Sud if you are travelling from the North, or the exit after Valdarno if you are travelling from the South): - Take the first left (S.S. 69) and follow the signs for Figline Valdarno. - Once in Figline Valdarno, follow the signs for Siena-Greve In Chianti- Ponte Agli Stolli (a right hand turn before a bridge) S.P.16. - Drive for 4 km and, at the sign for Ponte Agli Stolli, take the first right-hand turn following the sign for Celle. - After 1 km on a country lane, the first village on your left-hand side is Residenza San Leo. |

Nature and comfort in the heart of Tuscany; the hotel is set in a Medieval village surrounded by olive groves and forest trees, in the Florentine Chianti hills. Situated close to Florence, Siena and Arezzo, you can easily take day trips to see the cultural and historic sights of the area. The hotel features 9 apartments, skilfully restored in 2005. Some of them are inside a Medieval tower and a country house dating back to 1700, whilst others are found in the adjoining house which dates back to 1800. |

Compulsory final house cleaning charges are EUR 15 for each person (EUR 40/60 minimum). Use of air conditioning and heating is not included in the rate and there is an additional cost to be payed directly at the residence if used. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
