The hotel’s main restaurant combines the pleasures of the palate with health requirements. Expert chefs work in a well-equipped environment to meet every demand, and propose innovative solutions, while at the same time respecting traditional recipes. They are also happy to offer special nutritional and Ayurvedic menus. Begin the day with a rich hot or cold buffet breakfast. At lunch you can enjoy quick snacks by the swimming pool or ‘piccola carte’ on the terrace of the restaurant. In the evening, you will be spoilt by a rich à la carte menu of 4-courses. Salad and dessert buffets will complete the meal, served in the Benacus restaurant. At the Augustus Restaurant, you can enjoy a gourmet menu dinner from May to September. |
