If you plan to arrive after 6 pm (Monday to Friday) or during the weekend, then please contact us beforehand to schedule a meeting to hand over the keys to your apartment. The apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, with no elevator. |

If you are coming to Warsaw for the first time, we strongly recommend that you use our pick up service. Our representative will be waiting for you with a special welcome board in the arrivals hall, and afterwards you will be safely transferred to the apartment. The cost of the service is EUR 23. Please let us know in advance, should you require our pick-up service. You can also take a bus that will take you from the airport to the city centre, number 175. |

For those wishing to be in the centre of Warsaw you cannot beat the Royal Route Residence. Right outside your door you have Warsaws premier shopping street, Nowy Świat. You will find Warsaws best restaurants, coffee bars and boutiques within a 1 minute walk. Right opposite the building there is Warsaws best known night life area in Foksal St. The main business district is located on one side and the Old Town is in the other direction, both are accessible by foot. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.
