Our fully equipped (with kitchen, CD player and satellite television ) apartments are located in a few historical and charming buildings in the heart of Krakows Old Town, where the most important attractions and events take place. Some of the apartments overlook the Main Market, others have a view of the courtyard. You can reach the Town Hall within 3 minutes from each apartment. |

Our reception is open from 9 AM until 5 PM If you plan to arrive after 5 PM please contact the reception earlier to schedule a meeting to receive your keys. We accept payments in cash and by credit cards (cash: Polish zlotys, euro and US dollars). There is a 2% charge for most credit card payments (Amex 4.2%). |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours.
