Our apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, without elevator (there are no elevators in the Old Town). | |

Since the apartments are located in the Old Town you will live in the center of area where most of the well known restaurants are. All cuisines will be at your disposal. We can also arrange a Welcome or Relax Packages, waiting for you in the apartment so you wont have to rush to the supermarket just after arrival. | |

If you are coming first time to Krakow, we strongly recommend that you use our pick up service. Our representative will be waiting for you with a special welcome board in the arrivals hall and afterwards you will be safely transferred to the apartment. The cost of the service is 23 Euro. Please let us know in advance should you require our pick-up service.You can also take a bus that will take you from the airport to the city center no. 192 or train station no. 208 and than walk. | |

Instead of an expensive and cramped Krakow hotel room we offer spacious and fully equipped hotel apartments with their own facilities! All of our Krakow hotel apartments are in most favourable locations, either right next to the Main Square or in the middle between the Old Town, the Wawel Castle - the royal residence and Kazimierz (the famous old Jewish district). Please note, that our apartments are located in various locations in the Old Town & centre. |

The check-in takes place in our office (Gołębia St). We would be grateful if you could contact us after completing the reservation to let us know your estimated time of arrival. We accept payments in cash and by credit cards (cash: Polish zlotys, euro and US dollars). There is a 2% charge for most credit card payments (Amex 4.2%). |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. |
