Please note that the reception is open from 10:00 to 17:00. Should your arrival be outside office hours, please contact Old Town Apartments at least 40 minutes prior to arrival or as far in advance as possible. Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments. At check-in you will be asked to fill out a registration form, settle the payment, and provide your credit card details/leave a EUR 150 refundable deposit, to secure the apartment during your stay. In case of group reservations (more than 2 apartments) or reservations for more than 14 days, the terms and conditions may differ from the hotels standard policies (possible prepayment). The hotel will contact you directly if this rule applies. The apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor in buildings without elevators. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged PLN 89.60 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged PLN 112.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs PLN 22.40 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs PLN 44.80 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
