In both restaurants, the chef proposes the finest international cuisine as well as Sicilian specialities, with particular care taken in selection of fresh products and exclusive regional wines. Originally a magnificent aristocratic residence, this hotel was brought back to its original splendour by an expert restoration completed in 2003. The particular care exercised in the selection of furnishings and the preservation of the original structures endowed the hotel with a special charm and a unique personality. On the main floor, lavish frescos and precious antique furniture recreate a magical atmosphere straight out of the novel ‘The Leopard’. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 3 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
