Near the hotel there are various walking paths that will take you through the lovely countryside. One of the islands major events is the Festa di Sant’Anna, held annually on 26 July. Many boats form a gala parade throughout the day, then later there are fireworks and the virtual setting on fire of the Castello Aragonese. There is also another gala for Ferragosto (around 15 August). |

By Air: From Naples Capodichino Airport you can take a taxi or bus to the Molo Beverello harbour in Naples. By Train: From Naples Piazza Garibaldi train station you can take a taxi or bus to the Molo Beverello harbour. The nearest bus stop is Piazza Municipio. By Boat: Regular ferries leave from Molo Beverello to Ischia. From the Port of Ischia: By Car: - Turn left out of the port and follow the signs to Ischia Centro. - At the first junction turn right onto the SS 270. - At the traffic lights keep in the right-hand lane. - When you reach the Roman aqueduct you need to turn left. - Follow Via Acquedotto then go onto Via G. Battista Vico. - Turn left onto Via Nuova Cartaromana, where the hotel is located. By Bus: There is a bus stop about 50 metres from the port. Lines C12 and C13 both run from there and will take you close to the hotel. |
