The 2 restaurants, Costanza (the breakfast hall) and Caesar Restaurant are located on the 5th floor, where there was the old princes apartment, and in the attached terrace, a roof garden has been created for summer dinners. In the restaurant every dish is a refined gastronomic creation, the result of an authentic passion. The cellar offers a selection of Sicilian wines and the best Italian and French Crues.
