We offer a fully-furnished and equipped apartment in Wrocław to rent for short periods. The apartment is perfect for both tourists and companies looking for accommodation for employees or clients during training courses, repair works or jobs in Wrocław. For the price of a hotels single room, we offer larger living space including all facilities to make you feel at home. The apartment is self-service. The Kozia Apartment covers an area of 50 m² with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and ante-room. It also has a spacious balcony with table and chairs. Additional standard equipment includes vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, set of bed-linen, and towels. The apartment can be rent for a minimum of 2 days. A maximum of 5 people can stay in the apartment. There are 2 sofa beds for 2 people and a bunk bed for one person. There is a free car park in front of the building, as well as a playground for children and 2 shops. The apartment is located on the first floor of this new apartment house with 4 flats. The bus stop is around 100 metres from the apartment. It is 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus from the town centre. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
