The Fontanellas Playa Aparthotel was built in 1991 Playa de Palma. The area where it was built, is known in Majorca as Ses Fontanellas, formerly famous, for its subteranean waterreserves. On the year 2001 it was partially renovated.It features maravellous seaviews on the Bay of Palma, a modern architecture and above all, it offers quietness. |

Only the apartments have a separate bedroom, dining table and a sofa-bed (sleeps 2) and furnished balcony with sea view. In most of the double rooms you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Bay of Palma. The hotel was refurbished in 2007. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 15 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.25 per person.
