Restaurant Asador Sidrería Arratiecho offers informal dining, home made specialities and generously portioned dishes from the open-fire barbecue. Lunches and dinners are available. There is an à la carte menu and several set menus such as the Sidrería y Asador. The restaurant specialises in beef and offers various choices such as sirloin, entrecote, steak and cutlet. There is also a choice of Basque cider, Somontano wines and other alcoholic beverages to complement your meal. Restaurant San Pelay is a charming, modern restaurant, which prides itself on the careful preparation and strong presentation of its dishes. In the same building as the hotel, the restaurant serves a carefully selected menu and a specially chosen wine selection designed to complement the cuisine. The quiet environment, large windows and great views of the mountains of the Biescas region all enhance the atmosphere of fine dining.
