Check-in instructions: Once a reservation has been made, a representative will contact the guest to arrange a check-in time depending on the guests anticipated arrival time. Office hours are between 09:00 and 14:00, and 16:00 and 19:00. Upon arrival in Barcelona, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. A transfer and check-in service from Barcelona Airport is available by prior request and for a surcharge. For late check-in after 20:00, holidays or weekends the hotel will charge an additional fee of EUR 30. All guests should print out the Booking Confirmation email issued by this site. Additional emails may contain specific check-in details, which should also be printed and referred to. Payment: The full price of the stay must be paid in cash at check-in Access: Please note that elevator access is not available to the first floor, only floors above the first. |
