This newly constructed, modern building is located in a new expansion area of Seville. Situated in the Boulevar of Burguillos, it has good access from the motorway and city centre by car or public transport, just a 5 minute walk from the centre. There is a terrace and outdoor swimming pool located in our yard, which you can enjoy throughout the year. Disabled Facilities: There is one room suitable for disabled guests and all the common areas of the hotel have wheelchair access. |

The hotel has 58 standard rooms, decorated in a modern, comfortable style. All rooms are double rooms with 2 twin single beds or one double bed. Each room has a large window with views of the swimming pool or the street. The spacious rooms can accommodate an extra bed for triple use (subject to an additional charge). There are also family rooms for up to 4 people. The 3 junior suites are situated on the third floor and offer additional complementary amenities such as a private lounge, 32-inch plasma TV, jacuzzi, hydro-massage bath or therapeutic shower (subject to availability). All rooms have piped music available through the TV. |

In the a la carte restaurant La Toscana, we offer a great italo-mediterranean cuisine. As its name indicates, many dishes are from the toscana region which is well known for its fish and salads. Although it offers selected pastas elaborated with the most traditional sauces, pizzas and an ample menu of desserts, different every week. All cooked by the chef Angélica López Delgado, prize winner of the Gastronomy of Andalucía, 2nd prize at national level. Open every day from 13:00 to 16:00 hrs and from 20:00 to 23:30. The continental breakfast is served from 08:00 until 11:00 in the cafeteria la Madroña every day and every week. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 19.50 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
