Located on the south west of Mallorca, Paguera is a privileged area, due to its year round mild climate. The apartments are located 400 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the town centre. The surrounding landscape with its mountains, pine trees and oak trees are an appealing backdrop for long walks and cycle ride. |

The apartments are situated on the edge of a hill surrounded by trees and gardens and offer a great setting for an enjoyable holiday just a short walk from the beach. Onsite you can have an outdoor pool and a snack-bar. In addition the Valentin Park ClubHotel is next door where guests can also take full advantage of the facilities on offer there too, including an entertainment programme for both adults and children. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
