You can choose among 3 types of apartments: Type B: ground floor with view to the garden and the pool. Type A: first floor with sea view Type C: top floor with great views over the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas. Fully renovated in 2002, all apartments are larger than 45m², have a separate bedroom with twin beds, kitchen/living area, bathroom and two 9m² private terraces/balconies screened off from the neighbouring apartment, for more privacy. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, 2 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One older child or adult is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 35 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
