A beachfront apartment complex situated on the very edge of the 7 km sandy strip of Isla Canela beach. The apartments are located in a private resort with spacious gardens, an adult and a childrens pool (the latter available only in July and August) and a padel tennis court. Each apartment comes with its own parking space. The complex is situated in the westernmost tip of the Costa de la Luz, next to Ayamonte and a stones throw from Portugal. |

For stays longer than 7 nights the complex provides a mid-week cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen. For short stays no cleaning service or change of towels and bed linen is provided. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
